Vextria AI provides an AI-powered phone agent that answers inbound calls for home-services businesses (HVAC and roofing contractors), engages callers, provides an instant quote based on the information the caller provides, and books an on-site estimate. Vextria is offered directly to home-services businesses on a subscription basis.

2. Quotes Are Estimates, Confirmed On-Site

Any quote or price generated by the Vextria AI agent is an instant estimate calculated from the information the caller provides during the call (such as reported measurements, system type, or job description). It is not a final or guaranteed price. All quotes are subject to confirmation at the on-site visit, where the servicing business will verify the details in person before any work is agreed or performed. Vextria and its business clients are not liable for discrepancies between an initial phone estimate and the final confirmed price.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse any contact forms, scheduling tools, or other features made available here.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the Vextria name and branding, is the property of Vextria AI and may not be copied or used without permission.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service relies on third-party providers (including Retell AI for voice infrastructure, Calendly for scheduling, and Meta for advertising). We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vextria AI provides call-answering and quoting technology as a service to home-services businesses. Vextria is not the contractor performing HVAC or roofing work, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed by a business using our service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vextria's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the preceding month.
