From callers to the Vextria AI phone agent (on behalf of our business clients): When a home-services business uses Vextria's AI agent to answer their calls, Vextria processes information provided by the caller, such as name, phone number, service address, and details about the job requested, solely to generate a quote and schedule an appointment on behalf of that business. This data is handled as a service provider to our business clients, who remain responsible for their own use of caller information under their own privacy practices.
